– STARTED PLAYING IN 1962 FOR CORNWALL, ONTARIO.  AMATEUR CAREER CLUMINATED IN 1971 WITH ST. REGIS BRAVES THAT WON THE EASTERN  ONTARIO JUNIOR B CHAMPIONSHIP.
– PLAYED IN THE  NATIONAL LACROSSE LEAGUE (NLL) SYRACUSE 1974, QUEBEC 1975.  QUEBEC CARIBOU WON NATIONS CUP IN 1975, TRAVIS WAS      LEADING SCORER OF THAT TEAM.
– IROQUOIS CUP CHAMPION 1980. FROM 1977 TO 1996 ENGAGED IN MANY FACETS OF LACROSSE WITH THE AKWESASNE WARRIORS AND ONEDIA    NATION.
