– Known as a playmaker, and excellent drawman.
– He had the “perfect pass”.
– Proved that small men can play a “big man’s game”.
– Played with such lacrosse greats as Bill Isaacs, Bill Abrams, Max Marti and Bruce Hill.
– Through his quiet manner, patience and experience he used this tremendous might to get smaller players to play bigger than they were, when coaching at all levels after his own playing career.
